3. Forge Your Winning Strategy: Crafting an Effective Marketing Plan

Armed with the insights from your competitor review analysis, it’s time to strategise. Again, AI can be your ally.

Use ChatGPT to translate your findings into an actionable marketing plan. You can use prompts like:

Based on the identified pros and cons of [Competitor Name]'s [Product], and the potential opportunities, create a summarised and actionable marketing strategy to outperform them in the market for [PRODUCT] targeting [NICHE].
