To help harness the enormous amount of knowledge spread across your organisation, Ezi Data Solutions has a Knowledge Base component. This feature enables uses to get instant answers from their colleagues, without the need to phone around, or send a blanket email. Users can browse recent posts and search answers for similar problems, helping them find a solution quickly.

The Knowledge Base can contain information about company policy and procedure, such as using external contractors or how to sign up a new customer. It can also include solutions to common problems, or guidelines to ensure work is completed to the highest possible standard. 


Users can also search the Knowledge Base for matching posts, or browse the various categories to find the information they need.
