This feature enables uses to get instant answers from their colleagues, without the need to phone around, or send a blanket email. Users can browse recent posts and search answers for similar problems, helping them find a solution quickly.
The Knowledge Base can contain information about company policy and procedure, such as using external contractors or how to sign up a new customer. It can also include solutions to common problems, or guidelines to ensure work is completed to the highest possible standard.
